We reply within three business days. Helpful to include: the email you signed in with, the marketplace (Etsy, eBay, Amazon Handmade, Shopify, Depop or Walmart), and a link to the listing or the generation you are asking about — it saves a round-trip.
Billing and refunds
Payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record, so receipts come from them and the charge appears on your statement as SELLURA.IO. Refund terms are in the refund policy. Plan changes and cancellation are self-serve from your dashboard — no email needed.
Privacy and your data
Deleting your account is self-serve from the dashboard and erases your listings, uploaded photos and generated media. For access, correction or export requests, email the address above; the details are in the privacy policy.
