Cookie Policy
Last updated: June 6, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Sellura ("Sellura", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar browser storage on sellura.io, and the choices you have. We keep this deliberately small: we use only what's needed to run the service and remember a couple of your preferences. We don't use advertising cookies or third-party tracking. It works alongside our Privacy Policy. We are not affiliated with Etsy.
What cookies and browser storage are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. "Local storage" is a similar mechanism that keeps small values in your browser but, unlike cookies, is not automatically sent back to a server. Both let a site remember things between page loads.
We group what we use into two kinds: things that are strictly necessary to run Sellura, and preferences that make it nicer to use. We do not use any advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Essential cookies we use
These are required for the service to work. Without them you can't sign in or stay signed in, so they don't require consent.
- Authentication session: set through Supabase (our database and auth provider) when you sign in with a magic link, to keep you securely signed in as you move between pages. Clearing it or signing out ends your session.
- Security and routing: our hosting and network providers (Vercel and Cloudflare) may set a strictly necessary cookie to route requests and protect the site from abuse.
Preferences we remember (browser storage)
These are stored in your browser's local storage, not sent to us, and only make the app more convenient:
- Theme preference ("sellura.theme"): remembers whether you chose light, dark, or to follow your device's theme.
- Cookie notice ("sellura.cookie-consent"): remembers that you've seen and acknowledged this notice, so we don't show the banner again.
You can clear these at any time through your browser settings; the only effect is that we'll forget those preferences.
Third parties
When you go to checkout, payment is handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy runs its own checkout pages and may set its own cookies, governed by Lemon Squeezy's cookie and privacy policies.
We do not currently use third-party web analytics or advertising trackers. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent before any non-essential cookies are set.
How to control cookies
You're in control. You can:
- Use your browser settings to view, block, or delete cookies and clear local storage. Browser help pages explain how for each browser.
- Sign out of Sellura to end your authentication session.
Please note that blocking essential cookies will stop you from signing in or staying signed in, so parts of Sellura won't work.
Your consent
Essential cookies are necessary to provide a service you've asked for, so they're set without consent. For the small set of preferences above, by continuing to use Sellura and dismissing the cookie notice you agree to our use of cookies and browser storage as described here.
Because we don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies today, there's nothing extra to opt into. If that changes, we'll ask first.
Changes and contact
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time — for example, if we add analytics. When we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above.
