Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for Sellura, what is and isn't refundable, and how to ask for one. We've tried to keep it honest and plain-spoken. Sellura is a digital service that is delivered instantly, which affects how refunds work — please read on.

- Sellura's plans are: a one-time Listing Rescue Pack ($19, grants 10 listing credits), Starter ($12/month, 25 credits per billing period), and Pro ($19/month, unlimited unlocks plus bulk generation). Generating a listing is free and returns a title preview; revealing the full listing ("unlocking") costs 1 credit.
- Lemon Squeezy is our merchant of record. They handle checkout, billing, taxes (VAT/sales tax) and invoices, so refunds are ultimately processed through Lemon Squeezy. You can start any refund request by emailing us at support@sellura.io.
- Credits that have already been used, and listings you have already unlocked, are generally non-refundable because you have already received what you paid for.
- You can cancel a subscription anytime; cancellation stops future renewals but does not, by default, refund the current period.
- We offer a reasonable goodwill window for accidental or genuinely unused purchases.
- If you are an EU/UK consumer, you may have a right of withdrawal for digital content — but accessing the content immediately can waive that right. See the section below.
Who you're buying from (merchant of record)
When you pay for a Sellura plan, your purchase is processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. That means Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record for the transaction: they run the checkout, charge your card, handle applicable sales tax and VAT, and issue your invoice or receipt.
Because of this, the payment contract for your purchase is with Lemon Squeezy, and any refund is ultimately processed through Lemon Squeezy's systems. You don't need to contact them directly first — you can always email us at support@sellura.io and we will help coordinate the request. Lemon Squeezy's own terms and policies may also apply to your purchase.
One-time purchases (Listing Rescue Pack)
The Listing Rescue Pack is a one-time purchase of $19 that grants 10 listing credits to your account.
If you have not used any of the credits from a recent Listing Rescue Pack and you contact us within our goodwill window (see below), we will generally refund it.
Once you start using the credits — for example, unlocking listings — the value has been delivered for those credits. In that case we may refund only the portion that corresponds to unused credits, at our reasonable discretion, rather than the full purchase. Credits that have already been consumed are non-refundable.
Subscriptions (Starter and Pro)
Starter ($12/month) grants 25 listing credits each billing period. Pro ($19/month) provides unlimited unlocks and bulk generation.
You can cancel a subscription at any time through your dashboard or by emailing support@sellura.io. Cancelling stops future renewals so you won't be charged again. Your plan generally remains active until the end of the period you've already paid for.
By default, we do not provide partial-period refunds when you cancel mid-period — your access continues until the current period ends. If you were charged for a renewal you didn't intend (for example, you meant to cancel before it renewed and reach out promptly), contact us and we'll review it under our goodwill approach.
For subscriptions, credits granted for the current billing period that you have already used are non-refundable.
Credits and unlocked listings are non-refundable once used
Sellura credits are consumed when you unlock a listing to reveal the full title, tags, materials and description. Generating the title preview is free and does not consume a credit.
Once a credit has been consumed, or a listing has been unlocked, that value has been delivered to you and is non-refundable. This is true whether the credit came from a one-time pack or a subscription period.
Unused credits sitting in your balance may still be eligible for a refund within our goodwill window, depending on how they were purchased — see the relevant section above and the goodwill section below.
Goodwill window for accidental or unused purchases
We want refunds to feel fair, not hostile. If you bought the wrong thing, were charged by mistake, or simply haven't used what you paid for, email us within 14 days of the charge and we'll work with you in good faith.
Goodwill refunds are considered case by case and focus on purchases that are unused or accidental. They are not a way to get back value you've already received (used credits or unlocked listings).
This goodwill window is offered at our discretion and is in addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer law, including the EU/UK withdrawal right described below.
EU/UK consumers: right of withdrawal for digital content
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase of digital content.
However, for digital content delivered immediately, this right can be lost. When you start a generation, unlock a listing, or otherwise begin using the paid service before the 14-day period ends, you may be asked to consent to immediate performance and to acknowledge that, by doing so, you lose your right of withdrawal for the content already delivered.
Where the withdrawal right still applies — for example, you purchased but have not yet accessed or used the paid content — you can exercise it by emailing support@sellura.io within the withdrawal period. Because Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record, the refund will be processed through Lemon Squeezy. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
How to request a refund
To request a refund or ask a billing question, email support@sellura.io. To help us act quickly, please include:
- The email address on your Sellura account.
- The Lemon Squeezy order number or receipt (you'll find this in the email Lemon Squeezy sent when you paid).
- What you'd like refunded and a short note on why (for example, accidental purchase, unintended renewal, or unused credits).
We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued in US dollars, processed through Lemon Squeezy, and typically returned to your original payment method; the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
Chargebacks
If something went wrong, please contact us first at support@sellura.io — most issues are quick to sort out. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank before reaching out can delay resolution, and we may need to suspend the related account while the dispute is investigated.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time, for example to reflect changes to our plans or to our payment processing. When we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and, where appropriate, give notice.
